A SUMMARY OF THE


The consequences arising as a result of the cold war, the United States national security challenges heikentävään. in response to the military of the United States, the activities of the whole spectrum from focus on the renewed attention to the stability of the building is an important concept of stability operations, but it is inherently problematic and poorly comprehensible. Our experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan continue to illustrate, the offset is a strategic issue for the first order. It is well past the time to make further volatility, uncertainty, complexity and lack of clarity (VUCA), which promote the transition to the strategic level of concern and design strategy of the United States and the implications of the actions.
